We are looking for a VIP Trainer to help teams working with premium customers deliver a consistently strong experience. You will own onboarding and ongoing development, create practical learning materials, coach employees, and turn performance insights into clear development actions.

What you will do

Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for VIP-facing teams
Create, update, and improve training materials and learning resources
Assess employee performance and provide clear coaching and feedback
Identify knowledge gaps and build focused development plans
Work closely with Team Leads and other stakeholders
Measure training effectiveness and improve learning programs
Support continuous learning across the VIP function

What we are looking for

Experience as a Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, or in a similar role
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience creating and delivering training programs
A coaching mindset and the ability to motivate and develop others
An analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
