We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking VIP Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with the company’s most valuable players. In the highly competitive iGaming market, the VIP Manager ensures that top-tier customers receive a personalized, premium experience that fosters loyalty, increases retention, and maximizes lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with VIP players, acting as their primary point of contact.
Personalized Service: Deliver tailored support and communication through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat).
Player Retention: Design and execute retention strategies to maximize player lifetime value and reduce churn.
Exclusive Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP customers.
Hospitality & Events: Organize and oversee VIP hospitality initiatives, including physical gifts, special events, and unique experiences that strengthen loyalty.
Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on VIP player activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in VIP account management, preferably within iGaming, online entertainment, or a similar customer-focused industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to analyze data and player behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Fluency in English
Fluency in Portuguese
