We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who enjoys solving difficult searches. You will own sourcing strategies for niche, technical, executive, and highly specialised roles where standard candidate pipelines are not enough. The focus is not on sending more messages — it is on understanding the market, finding the right people, and creating a strong first connection with HiGaming.

What you will do

Own sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, technical, executive, and specialist roles
Build creative multi-channel search plans for each vacancy
Conduct talent mapping and competitor research across different markets
Create and refine advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches
Find passive candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, GitHub, Behance, and specialist communities
Screen and qualify candidates before handoff to recruiters or hiring managers
Track sourcing funnel metrics, channel performance, and time to fill
Test new sourcing tools, platforms, data enrichment, and research techniques

What we are looking for

2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience
Experience with complex, niche, or executive-level searches
Proven ability to create a sourcing strategy from scratch
Strong command of Boolean, X-Ray, social sourcing, and professional communities
Familiarity with modern sourcing and data-enrichment tools
Comfort working with ambiguity and longer search cycles
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to adjust strategy using market signals
Excellent written and verbal communication
Upper-intermediate English or higher; additional languages are a plus

Nice to have

Executive search or technical assessment experience
Knowledge of IT, marketing, or online entertainment talent markets
