Sportsbook Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Sportsbook Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports content management and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of bonus configurations, promotions, and customer activity monitoring. The role requires someone who can manage and optimize sports-related content according to different markets and audience preferences, while also monitoring potential risks and supporting campaign performance.
- Configurate and manage various types of sports content across digital platforms including bonus configurations and promotions.
- Optimize content based on country-specific languages and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze risks based on customer activity and behavior patterns.
- Manage the sports content calendar, collaborate with the Design and CRM teams, and support campaign analysis.
- Communicate with the Customer Support team and 3 rd party providers to resolve escalations and issues daily.
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
Strong knowledge of sports and major competitions.
Experience working with CMS platforms and back-office systems.
High attention to accuracy and quality.
Strong English/Russian writing and editing skills.
