Risk Analyst

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to monitor customer activity, investigate suspicious patterns, and help improve the way we prevent and manage risk. This role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and close collaboration across operational teams.

What you will do

• Monitor transactions and customer activity for suspicious or fraudulent patterns
• Assess new and existing accounts for potential risks
• Escalate complex cases and support further investigations
• Work closely with compliance, KYC, and customer support teams
• Analyse risk and fraud trends
• Recommend improvements to prevention procedures
• Keep accurate case records
• Prepare reports for management and regulators

What we are looking for

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, or compliance
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to interpret data and identify anomalies
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems
• Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with internal teams and external partners
