QA Team Lead

We are looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead to own the quality of our web products end to end. You will shape the testing strategy, stay close to the technical work, and lead a remote QA team. This role suits someone who combines deep QA expertise with clear communication, practical leadership, and a strong delivery mindset.

What you will do

Lead a remote team of 4–6 QA engineers
Align the team on requirements, priorities, risks, and delivery expectations
Work closely with engineering, design, product, and business teams
Perform manual and automated testing across API, UI, and end-to-end levels
Test cross-platform web applications and company websites
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, test strategies, and other QA documentation
Improve risk-based and priority-based QA processes
Support onboarding, mentoring, and continuous knowledge sharing
Identify issues early and help teams resolve them before release

What we are looking for

5+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and documentation
Practical experience with risk-based and priority-based QA
Experience testing client-server and cross-platform web applications
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Postman, Swagger, and browser DevTools
Experience with at least one automated testing framework
Understanding of Git and CI/CD processes
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana or Coralogix
English level B1 or higher
Clear communication, analytical thinking, resilience, and an ownership-driven approach

Nice to have

TypeScript, Playwright, Node.js, or GraphQL experience
Experience using AI tools in daily work
Experience with proxy tools such as Charles or Proxyman
