We are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to fast-moving digital projects and keep cross-functional teams focused on delivery. You will manage execution end to end, surface risks early, remove blockers, and help teams use AI and modern delivery practices in a practical way.

What you will do

Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
Coordinate engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early
Drive resolution and keep delivery moving
Own planning, tracking, reporting, sprint demos, and retrospectives
Support estimation, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
Lead AI adoption initiatives from scoping through outcome tracking
Maintain clear Jira backlogs, dashboards, and reports

What we are looking for

2+ years of IT project management experience
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across the full SDLC
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
Experience with estimation, forecasting, capacity planning, and risk tracking
Confident Jira user
Daily experience with LLM assistants and an AI-native mindset
Strong ownership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay effective when priorities change
Clear communication and conflict-resolution skills
Motivation to grow into a broader delivery leadership role
