We are looking for a KYC Analyst to review customer information, identify potential risks, and help keep verification processes accurate and efficient. You will work with fraud, payments, customer support, and compliance teams to resolve cases quickly and responsibly.

What you will do

Conduct risk assessments to identify suspicious activity or potential fraud
Review customer information and support enhanced due diligence
Escalate high-risk or complex cases
Maintain clear and accurate records of all reviews and actions
Work with fraud, payments, customer support, and other internal teams
Help resolve verification issues efficiently
Follow internal controls and regulatory requirements

What we are looking for

Experience in KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or compliance
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines
Experience with common KYC tools, databases, and applications
A responsible, structured, and analytical approach
